The Nearshore/Offshore XDC Cell works as a “virtual ODC” and incorporates methodologies designed to obtain the maximum productivity and quality work from a coordinated team of 10 engineers. The Onsite Development Manager forms part of the onsite development group and collaborates with and delegates work to his offsite (offshore/nearshore) development managers.
